Shipping

Please ensure that you have provided us with your correct contact details. Should we have a query regarding your order we may need to contact you.

1.1    All shipments will require a signature on delivery.

1.2    Postage to the UK (England, Scotland, Wales & Northern Ireland) is via DHL Home Delivery for our larger items & via Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Mail for our smaller items. Postage costs are based on the total weight of your shopping basket when completing the checkout process. The maximum you will be charged is £6.95.

1.3    Shipments to Eire are via 1st Class International signed for mail where possible.

1.4    Shipments to the Rest of the World are via 1st Class International signed for mail where possible.

1.5    We endeavour to process your order as quickly as possible. If the item is in stock then it will usually be dispatched within 2 working days.

1.6   Please note that we cannot accept liability for delays in delivery caused by our suppliers, any other third party or any other factors beyond our control.  To guarantee delivery for a special occassion please order early as we cannot accept responsibility for an item that fails to arrive by a required date.
   
        

By placing an order you confirm that you have provided us with the correct billing address of your debit/credit card and the correct delivery address, if different to the above.

Payment Information:

2.1.  We  accept payment via Paypal, Personal Cheque or Bankers Draft/Postal Order.

2.2   We accept all major credit cards through Paypal including Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Maestro, Switch, Solo & American Express. You do not need an account or need to register to pay us through paypal.

Returns Policy

We offer a 7 day refund policy for UK customers if you are unhappy with your item. This means that the item must be back with us within 7 days of you receiving/signing for it. For international customers we offer a 14 day refund policy. Please send all returns to the address at the bottom of this page. If you need to return an item to us please follow the procedure below:

1. Contact us by email at mail@choose-gifts.co.uk stating that you would like to return your item to us for a refund. Please include your full name, order number  & item title.

2. Post item back to us via a recorded signed for method to insure item does not go missing in the post.

3. Once item arrives back with us we will refund you your payment minus our postage costs via the same method as original payment was received.

Damaged Goods

If your item arrives damaged in anyway then you can return the item to us at the address below. We will either send you a replacement item or if you prefer we will refund you your payment in full. If you need to return an item please email us at mail@choose-gifts.co.uk with your name, item, order number & details of problem & then post item back to us. Once the item is received we will issue you a refund via the same method as original payment was received. Please return all items within 7 days.
